Exchange and Return Period
You have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return for any product segment in our range.

What's Okay:

(A) Something's Off: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we're here to assist. This refers to issues that occurred during the production process, such as irregularities in workmanship or materials.

What's Not Okay:

(A) Change of Heart: Decided it's not exactly what you were looking for? We understand, but we cannot accept exchanges or returns for this reason. We encourage you to make informed choices before finalizing your purchase.
(B) Wear and Tear: Products that exhibit signs of everyday use, misuse, or accidental wear and tear are not eligible for exchange or return.
(C) Your Oops: If the product sustains damage while in your possession, whether through accidental or intentional actions, it does not qualify for an exchange or return.
(D) Missing Tags or Packaging: To streamline the process, please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, complete with all tags and packaging.

No exchange or return for certain orders

(A) Customised Orders: We love undertaking customised orders for you – whether it is as per your needs, to suit your personal style or just for you and your loved ones to commemorate a memorable occasion, we’ve got you covered! However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any orders that are specifically made as per your
individual requirement.

(B) Altered Products: Tired of going to multiple places before you can get your saree fully ready to wear? We are here to help you with stitching falls or getting your tassels ready. But please keep in mind that we will not accept any returns or exchanges if any kind of tailoring work is done, or modification is made to the product.

(C) Tags on Products:In order for the product to be eligible for exchange/return, we require that the price tag and other identificatory tags attached to the product remain in place. We urge you to check the product to see if it fits your requirements in every way before removing the tags.
